How about Kimdecent T21 w/ Nufront CPU for $49

Postby seankps » Thu Nov 29, 2012 4:17 pm

So I've been seeing this one around
Kimdecent T21 stick for $49
and it seems pretty decent in terms of both price and specs.

Anyone tried it? Feedback?
Also, how about we get a thread for these Nufront / NS115 CPU sticks?

thanks

Well yeah, that is part of it's specs.

There is a review in Spanish of the T21 stick:

Kimdecent T21 kernel config file:

I bought an Equiso Pro, a NS115 android stick manufactured by Uptek very similar to Kimdecent T21, but also has bluetooth.

http://clare627.en.ec21.com/Dual_Core_H ... 38848.html

It comes with a 3.0.0 kernel (lajoin kernel from uptek).
I would love to use usb audio kernel modules for it, but I can't find pre-compiled for this kernel and I don't have the kernel sources....

Do you think it is possible with your configuration? How can you use the config without the kernel sources?
Thanks

You have to ask from Equiso the GPL kernel sources.

I obtained the kernel sources for the Uptek manufactured android stick with Nufront NS115 SoC, also available as the Equiso Pro.

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0By6VL5JBm65uR3F2Q1JpSUtneEE/edit

This might work on the Kimdecent T21, but the uptek is a different device with bluetooth and the kernel configurations may be different.

I will try to use it to compile usb audio modules.
