The problem is what do you use to recover the bar again. We dont have any power button here.
We need an icon on desktop i think...

You can just use Button Savior app to install software buttons on the screen to access menus in fullscreen. I used this on my Nook Tablet when I wanted fullscreen N64oid games but needed to access the menu to exit. The buttons can be moved around and made transparent.

I works ok, some bugs here and there when using it. You get the bar back by clicking on the buttom of the screen
