MK808/MK808B

First version will be uploaded in couple hours.
There was made many changes.
Launcher changed again;p
Open Home Launcher for GTV will be used.
There will be some configuration needed after first startup but i will write step by step howto,
Also to use this rom you will need keyboard and mouse (or fly mouse) for the first time configuration.

If I understand right, in this firmware there will be fully functional XBMC with its own player? Right?

wallpaper you can set in Stoick Home launcher, open launcher is just overlay.
read what to do after instal and you will have wallpaper.
keypad will be fixed in next version.

edit:
-fixed on screen keyboard

check first post.
also if you dont like open launcher check alternative one from GTV Apps+

This FW is fast and now on the 1.0 i dont have fc from the keypad. But i think this FW is more for people in US. In germany nothing/the most tv apps not working :(

But it looks great and runs good. Thanks

Hey I know this is a bit off topic but I am curious on how to change the initlogo.rle or the boot splash on the mk808b. I am not trying to take anyones work but I would love to see a custom logo on my tv :). I understand how to unpack the boot.img but after that I am lost

Just loaded this firmware and im liking it its very smooth and i like the large icos, i did run AnTuTu it came back with 8200 i was expecting this as the kernel the 2dark4u released has some problems ive been monitoring on all the firmware ive used.
Nobody has noticed that the 2 cpu cores dont scale correctly with this kernel? cpu 0 will ramp its self up leaving cpu 1 doing noting ive had results from 6000- now 8200 on this kernel.
As for setting the cpu to performance i dont think its a long term fix for a buggy kernel as we all no kiz has been making kernels for this ROM for some time and all his bench over 10k with no user interference.

so ive now put in the kiz v4 kernel and surprise surprise my web cam works, benching at 11000 and the ROM is not stuttering when moving around the general settings ect.
So good ROM bad kernel.
